Frequently asked questions
Find answers to your questions about our platform, security, and pricing.
How much does it cost to buy a search?
Documents are priced at €0.51 per page.
The full price is shown clearly before purchase, so there are no hidden fees.
How do uploaders earn money?
Uploaders earn when another user purchases one of their documents.
Arkivre applies a 20% platform fee on each sale. The uploader earns 80% of the sale price.
For example, on a €0.51 page, the uploader earns €0.41.
How are documents protected?
Uploaded documents are stored securely, and buyers only see limited or watermarked previews before purchase where available.
Full documents are only available after successful purchase or authorised access.
Can I remove or update my documents?
Yes. Uploaders can edit document details, update categories, or remove documents through their dashboard, subject to platform rules and previous purchases.
How do payouts work?
Uploader earnings are tracked in your account and paid according to the payout method and schedule available on the platform.
Refunds, disputes, or chargebacks may affect final payout amounts.
How can I find the searches I need?
You can search by Development, Company, or Individual.
This helps users find relevant search documents faster and avoid repeating work where a search may already be available.
Are purchases refundable?
Because documents are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once access or download has started, except where required by law or where there is a platform error.
Can I preview a document before buying?
Where available, you can review document details and previews before purchasing.
This helps you check whether the document is likely to be relevant before payment.
Who is responsible for uploaded documents?
The uploader is responsible for ensuring that uploaded documents are accurate, lawful to upload, and properly described.
Arkivre provides the platform, but does not certify or legally verify uploaded documents unless expressly stated.
Can buyers rely on purchased documents?
Buyers should always verify documents before relying on them for legal, notarial, financial, or professional purposes.
Arkivre helps users access documents faster, but it does not replace professional judgment or legal verification.
What should I do if a document looks incorrect?
Contact us with the document title, purchase details, and a short explanation of the issue.
Arkivre may review, restrict, or remove documents where there is a valid concern.
Does Arkivre handle personal data?
Yes. Some search documents may contain personal data.
Users must only upload, access, download, and use documents lawfully and for legitimate purposes. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy and GDPR/Data Processing information.
